What to expect.

EPC offers instructor-led certification programs with chefs trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Kendall College, and Escoffier. We provide on-site training and testing, with all training delivered in English and Spanish. Our team handles application submission to Chicago authorities and provides follow-up support with temporary documentation during processing.
