I am very friendly and respectful, I introduce myself to clients and explain each dish at service. I am sometimes asked to telk a story of one of my funny experiences or talk about some of my career highlights.
Do you serve the food to the dinners?
Yes, I can serve up to 10 people on my own. If there are more guests I employ a server to help me.
Do you clean up after the event?
Yes, I always make sure that everything is left clean and tidy.
