Daniel Abramowitz is a dynamic personal chef with over 13 years of culinary experience, specializing in in-home meals, private dinners, and elevated meal prep. His background spans respected kitchens in Chicago, New Orleans, and New York City, including Adalina, Mano a Mano, Commons Club at the Virgin Hotel, Saba, Bywater American Bistro, Pizzeria Portofino, RPM Italian, and NOHO Hospitality. Known for polished execution and calm leadership, Daniel creates personalized menus that balance refined technique with bold, approachable flavor. He has independently executed wine dinners and private events, collaborated on menu development and specials, and built strong vendor relationships to support consistent quality. Daniel also believes food is a form of legacy and storytelling. He has helped recreate and preserve cherished family recipes, including work on a Holocaust survivor family recipe book, honoring culinary heritage while bringing it to life for today’s table.
