Crispy zucchini with garlic aioli, prosciutto bacon, and lemon ricotta leads into a refreshing mixed greens salad with pickled fennel, citrus, and lemon vinaigrette, followed by grilled lamb chops served with fondant potatoes, broccoli rabe, garlic aioli, and gremolata.
