My husband and I were invited to join a virtual cooking class with Chef Austin.  The food was delicious and the recipes easy to follow under his instruction.  Chef Austin also provided many cooking tips we will use going forward to enhance our meals.  We were amazed to plate food that good without using butter,  something unheard of in Grandma’s southern kitchen.   It was a wonderful way to spend an evening.

Last night Chef Austin and his team gave my friends and family a 3 hour private cooking class via Zoom. The experience was unique and gratifying. We were trained in several French cooking techniques and treated to a wide menu including bison tartar, seared salmon and roasted vegetable ratatouille. Encouraged to push ourselves outside of a recipe and to trust our own likes, the experience was fun and exciting. I highly recommend that you gather your quarantined family and friends, open a bottle of wine, and learn from an expert.

We hired Chef Alyssa through Elite Personal Chefs for a small dinner party at our condo.  Despite it being extremely last minute, she threw together an awesome menu and was still able to accommodate the changes we asked for.  She was right on time, great to talk to and left our kitchen even cleaner then how she found it.  Best of all, she cooked us an amazing dinner!  Each course better then the last.  Would definitely recommend and look forward to working with Alyssa again!

We had been looking forward to this family dinner experience for months and Chef Austin did not disappoint. The night was interactive, educational, fun and most of all, a memorable one. We watched and helped to prepare a delicious five course meal in the comfort of our home. We also made some dishes that I would never have felt comfortable attempting on my own. We hired EPC for a large family dinner. French was the cuisine we landed on and EPC came up with the entire menu. We learned, ate, drank and laughed all night long. We ate excellent food that introduced us to new dishes that I would typically not have ordered on my own. The night is something we will all remember for a long time.  We look forward to having Austin and his team back again and again.

Chef Jeremy was my personal chef for the evening. He provided my boyfriend and I with an EXCELLENT meal!! I feel he went above and beyond to make sure we had a very memorable evening. Another thing I loved about Jeremy is that he listened to all my concerns, he kept working with me until we had the perfect menu (I am a very picky eater). His respond time was very quick as well. Omg!!! If I could give Chef Rick 10 stars I would. I planned my boyfriends surprise birthday dinner months ago. Chef Rick was amazing from start to finish. I don't think I have tasted better food in my life and that's saying a lot. From helping me surprise him to helping me finish setting up and transform my home into a restaurant, he was on point. My boyfriend said it was the best birthday ever!!! I am already looking for him to do my house warming party next month. He is the best, very professional and personable. From our first conference call to our good-byes at the NRA Show, Elite Personal Chefs never disappointed us. The knowledge and creativity of Chef Austin Yancey was well worth the cost. Their professional and qualified Chefs allowed us to concentrate on promoting our products and spending face to face time with our customers rather than worrying about the preparation and presentation of our product. We were able to walk into our booth in the morning and leave in the evening with the comfort of knowing Chef Nathaniel and Chef Jamie would be there prepping for the day, grilling our meat to perfection, and cleaning up to insure a perfect start the next morning. It was my first time as coordinator for the NRA show, unfortunately I had not prepared for a few items, but one phone call to Amy Yancey managing partner of Elite Personal Chefs, and all of our needs were taken care of immediately. Without hesitation, we will use Elite Personal Chefs again for our Trade Show needs.
