We begin by understanding your licensing goals, number of employees, managers and team members. We will listen to your needs and work collaboratively to create a comprehensive plan tailored to your unique organizational specifications.

Once we understand your team’s needs, we will coordinate with the appropriate manager to set up training with your staff. We have bilingual instructors who are happy to conduct training in English and Spanish.

Our team will come to you, and do the necessary training and testing on-site with your staff.

After training and testing is complete, we will submit the application with the city of Chicago on your behalf. Your licenses will arrive in the mail and we will drop them off at your location.

Until the licenses arrive, we will provide you with a release form to be used in case of a health inspection.
