Terms

Eligibility

• Participants must be existing clients of Elite Personal Chefs (EPC) or its affiliated contractors to refer a friend.

• Referrals must be new clients who have not previously made a purchase with EPC or its affiliated contractors.

• Referrers must be meal prep clients to receive their reward.

Referral Structure 

• For every referral, the referred client receives 10% off their first week of meal prep (base price).

• If the referred friend completes 4 weeks of meal prep, the referrer will receive 50% off their meal prep base price for one week.

Reward Conditions

• Each referred friend must complete 4 weeks of meal prep for the referrer to qualify for the respective reward.

• Rewards are not stackable (i.e. they must be redeemed one at a time).

Limitations

• All rewards must be used within one year from the date they are issued.

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Fraud Prevention

• Referrals must be genuine. Any suspected fraudulent activities, including self-referrals, will result in disqualification from the referral program.

• We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any attempts to abuse the referral program.

Reward Delivery

• Referral rewards will be applied to the referrer's account within 30 days after the referred friend completes their 4 weeks of meal prep.

• If a referred friend cancels or fails to complete the required 4 weeks, the referral will not be considered successful.

Program Changes

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.

• Changes to the program will be communicated through our website or via email.
